6.Fenugreek


One of the ways fenugreek seeds are used to lose weight is as a source of mucilage fiber, which protects the digestive system by acting as an antioxidant and tonic in the body. In addition, it helps promote digestion and metabolism, and fenugreek can help control appetite and reduce food intake, which promotes weight loss. It should be noted that the best way to use the fenugreek for weight loss is to mix it with water, and consume it in the morning on an empty stomach.
